We have finished creating our wedding announcements/invitations, and sent them out this week. We like them...both of them. Yeah, we were actually going to create four or five of them (and I was hoping to even create a few 'custom editions') but we, of course, ran out of time. We have received comments that the cream one looks traditional and would appeal to the older generation (but don't be offended if you get that version, we promise we aren't trying to hint at anything,) and the black one looks more new age and would appeal to the younger generations.
Also, this past week Joey moved up to Bear Lake and started work up there. He'll be working at Blue Water, helping to run the Watercraft/Boat Rental place there, which is owned by his cousin Brent Hirschi. It'll be a lot of hard work, but will also provide some fun memories for us both. Emily will be joining Joey in Bear Lake after the wedding and will be working for Joey's brother Chuck, helping with their cabin rentals and keeping the cabins clean and looking good.

These are both beautiful!! I can't believe how much Joey looks like Chuck in some of those picture's -- you guys are soooooo cute together and can't wait to be at your sealing :)
ReplyDeleteJust got your invite in the mail! Thanks!! Can't wait to be a part of your new beginning's! BTW so I'm surprised you think of us as the older generation and not younger (I'm only 28 ya know) ;-) I guess these day's that's "old" (just messin w/you guys) I don't care which one we get just care that you think of us and want us at your wedding! :) Congrat's!!!
ReplyDeleteIt isn't that we think you are part of the older generation, it is because when we reprinted the black ones they were hard to read so we mailed out more or the cream ones. Also half the time we weren't paying attention to what ones we were mailing to who. I am excited to live close to a bunch of family!!
ReplyDeleteNuh uh. I did it on purpose ;) 10 DAYS!
ReplyDeleteBlue Water Resort! I worked there last summer for Ray Elliot. Man I love him. I was living up at Pickleville with Brigham and would go help with the cleaning during the day. How cool!
